We are looking for volunteer therapists to join our friendly team. We offer voluntary positions to trainee and qualified counsellors who have an interest in trauma therapy, or are looking to fulfill their placement hours.

 

Requirements

• Membership of a professional body e.g BACP, UKCP, NCPS, ACC or other recognised body.

• A current DBS check (less than 3 years old)

• Indemnity Insurance to work as a trainee/qualified counsellor

• Clinical Supervisor in place

• 2 references - one character - one academic or professional

If your application is successful, we will invite you in for an interview.  You will be required to give a five to ten minute presentation on your understanding of trauma/PTSD and how you would work with clients.
